We have originated from a company that has more than 45 years’ experience for R&D, Design and manufacturing world famous earphones and headphones. Marketing Strategies were also utilized to enhance manufacturing activities.
The manufacturing facility had been built up in Philippines in 1992 in Cavite and moved to Pampanga in 2003.
The highest sales turnover was USD 150 Mil (consolidation).
The peak number of employee is 4,860 ( Philippines, Thailand, China, Japan)

To improve the services and as a part of business expansion strategy the company transferred the business office location inside the Clark Freeport Zone. The business name was change to “MAXIM DE HUMANA International Inc.” as to highlight the goal to maximize human ability / nature as a part of organization.
The operation restarted on August 2013 with the New business location and Company Name.
