PHASE 1 RECRUITMENT
Screening of Applicants.

Assessment of Applicants.
We provide a set of examination to measures the applicants knowledge, personality, skill, aptitude and physical fitness. A detailed backup documentation, complete narratives on how the candidate assessment test score was established and is summarized and presented graphically in an easy-to-understand format for quick reference.
Skill and Genba Test.
The use of simple yet effective way to measure the speed and instruction comprehension of applicants within the standard tact time set was utilized.
Selection of Personnel.
