PHASE 1 RECRUITMENT
Screening of Applicants.
We make sure that we take a rounded, balanced and accurate view of a candidate’s background, qualification and experience based on the Hiring Criteria and Job Description.

Assessment of Applicants.
We provide a set of examination to measures the applicants knowledge, personality, skill, aptitude and physical fitness. A detailed backup documentation, complete narratives on how the candidate assessment test score was established and is summarized and presented graphically in an easy-to-understand format for quick reference. 

Skill and Genba Test.
The use of simple yet effective way to measure the speed and instruction comprehension of applicants within the standard tact time set was utilized.

Selection of Personnel.
We aim to choose the most suitable candidate whose contributions will be most valuable for the organization. Therefore, we develop a proper selection procedure that will suit the client’s requirements and will help in choosing the most suitable applicant.
    a. Sufficient number of applicants; otherwise it will be difficult to choose the best candidate.
    b. Persons who will select the candidates and those persons are chosen on the basis of the type of candidates to be selected.

PHASE 2 MEDICAL CHECK

PHASE 3 ORIENTATION
Effectively orienting new employees is critical to establishing successful, productive working relationships. The employee's first interactions should create a positive impression therefore a set of orientation materials was established 
 
PHASE 4 TRAINING
We provide Trainings and repeated trainings to all our employees before endorsement using our carefully Studied Training Modules on Values Formation and Manufacturing Elements.

PHASE 5 SUPERVISION / MONITORING OF PERSONNEL
